Cranbury, New Jersey – March 22, 2012 – IHSE USA, LLC today announced the appointment of John Jensen to the role of Director of Sales. John will reside in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma operating out of the newly established technical support office. John will be instrumental in promoting and managing market growth in the North American market. In addition, he will oversee distribution and system integrators for the U.S. market.  John will report directly to Chani Shah, COO of IHSEUSA, LLC.

John joins IHSEUSA from BT Conferencing, where he was responsible for providing training and technical proposals for the integration of audio and video conferencing systems. With his keen awareness to customer needs, John played an integral role in providing working drawings and detailed bill of materials for video conferencing solutions. “John’s knowledge and experience in video conferencing systems will be an asset for our aggressive growth strategy to build market share in the US, “ said Chani Shah, COO. “ With John on board for IHSEUSA, we are confident our customers will benefit from the exceptional value added support he will bring to the company.”

Prior to his position as Pre-Sales Engineering at BT Conferencing, John held the role of Sales Engineer for Avocent Corporation. At Avocent, he gained extensive experience dealing with IP based KVM switching systems primarily in the broadcast markets and in software labs for Government and Military applications. John also held positions as Product Manager, Director of Contract Engineering, and System Design Specialist throughout his career.

John has gained his CTS-D design certification from Infocomm along with many other market training and certifications for audio and video design. John graduated the University of Central Oklahoma with a B.A. in Communications.
