The DV-222/DC is an SDI digital video (3G, HD and SD) Dual 1x4 distribution amplifier. The unit features high-performance and low-cost and is able to distribute 3Gb/s, 1.5Gb/s and 270Mb/s data rates. The DV-222 automatically detects the data rate and then re-clocks and equalizes the signal. The distribution amplifier can equalize 400m at 270Mb/s, 200m at 1.5Gb/s and 140m at 3Gb/s of 1694A coax cable. A non-reclocked loop output is also provided. The unit is powered from a user-supplied external DC supply of +6 to +35V, supplied via a locking XLR connector. The mating connector is not supplied. The small diecast enclosure can be easily placed behind an equipment rack.
