The ES-455 is a microprocessor-based unit which read and video insert SMPTE time code. All controls are front panel mounted while the inputs and outputs are accessible via rear mounted connectors. The ES-455 reads bi-directionally at multi-speed (1/30 to 20x play speed). Position and Size & Brightness controls for the video insert are provided on the ES-455.
