EcoTech Raw Panel from Auralex is a one inch absorption panel made from recycled polyester fibers (65% PET-recycled and 35% PET-virgin). This significantly reduces the environmental footprint in manufacture when compared to traditional fiberglass absorbers. The material is also dust free, contains no formaldehyde, is hypoallergenic, non-toxic, and poses no risk of skin irritation or respiratory problems. EcoTech has comparable acoustical qualities to current alternatives, is Class A fire rated, and is very cost-effective. These panels are white colored on one side, and black on the other.
